"Meloja" is a sweet product obtained after boiling and extracting the juice from the honey's yeast. By adding other fruits' juice we obtain a product which is similar to jam.
Ingredients: Honey and angel hair cyder.
It comes in glass jars.

In 2003, Reyes Martín (called "La Alameña") created her own collecting, packing and selling honey business. She undertakes the whole process and, as a result, we obtain a 100% handmade honey and a very limited production product because she only has less than 900 beehive currently.
If you like honey, do not hesitate in tasting any of her two varieties (wild flowers or orange blossom flower honey), they are delicious!
