Chestnut with cheese mousse (El Monumento) elaborated in Castaño del Robledo (Huelva, Andalusia).

It is a delicate combination of the famous cheese with a vegetal base which makes it soft and delicious. 

Ingredients: 42% Chestnuts, 6% Monterobledo cheese, water, cream, wine, onion, pepper, extra virgin olive oil and salt.

Net weight: 175 g.

We recommend it for aperitifs, canapes and to make sauces for pasta or meat dishes.


There is a family business placed in Castaño del Robledo, in the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche mountains (Huelva, Andalusia), which started elaborating handmade products more than 10 years ago, including chestnut products, fruit jam and some others.
