Tasting notes:

Appearance: Intense matt yellow gold. Medium frothy consistency with creamy bubbles on the surface which invites you to drink. Carbonic gas is created naturally throughout the second fermentation process in the bottle.

Nose: Aroma of freshly baked bread and cake with soft hints of apples. Fresh aroma with a subtle touch of yeast on the nose. Critical finish, more ripe.

Palate: Harmonious combination between the presence of carbonic gas and freshness in the mouth. Medium bitterness coming from the hop; notes of apples – bananas are maintained. Critical finish with a more bitter touch than at the beginning, which makes this beer be drunk easily. Alcohol is well integrated, this is why it is a beer with correct acidity and round in the mouth. Mild beer, ideal for drinking at any time of the day.

PAIRING: All types of cheese, particularly semi-cured with paprika rind and cured cheese. Shellfish. Fish: mainly oven-baked oily fish (sea bream, tuna or salmon); fresh and canned sardines and anchovies. Asparagus: both white and wild, fresh in salads and omelettes.

Tasting notes:

Appearance: Dark brown transparent and good quality foam. Slightly cloudy, with dark reddish background with garnet reflections. Consistent layer of white foam - brownish, some large bubbles across the surface, inviting to drink.

Nose: earthy Aroma - rustic clean and sharp, with a hint of black chocolate, snuff and notes of toasted oak. Strong smell of wet grass and acorns, the last intense and mature aroma. Fresh aromas on the nose with a subtle touch of yeast.

Palate: First print smooth and malty flavor, with an aftertaste of toasted malt long and satisfying. His appearance and flavor profile cause it easy to drink a beer with a refreshing finish. Touches of orange, the consistency of the foam prevents rapid heating of the beer; nutty and sweet flavors acorn with a pitch round mouth. Alcohol is well integrated, so it is a beer with a good acidity and a pleasant taste. Taste: Sweet Relationship of flavors, with a bitter end. medium, intense and robust body as in smell. Home salty, sweet cutting; dark chocolate passes in the middle palate; support of its acidity makes it a fresh and vibrant beer. Final: dry, very harmonious, with notes of hops to the final end.

PAIRING: Legumes, we recommend lentil stew with beef, beans and cooked. Beef and grilled meats hunting. Nuts, accompanied by fine almonds or walnuts. Stews cooked octopus, squid, squid or cuttlefish potato. Cerex recommended reducing Iberian Bellota, for use in dishes of roast meats, stews or working with squid or cuttlefish.

Accompanies perfectly with partridge and grilled chicken. Good combination with braised mushrooms, stews and grilled mushrooms (porcini, milk caps, sun visor, etc.). Appearance: Intense red matte. light carbon.

Nose: intense cherry and yeast Bretanomyces Aroma variety, from the skin of the cherry. The aromas are fruity and floral, fresh cherry and white flowers (orange blossom and white carnations).

Palate: very expressive, soft on the palate Beer, leaving notes all the way in the mouth. At the end of the tongue some acidity, which combines perfectly with the predominant sweetness of cherry and beer bitterness is perceived.
