This green olive pâté is an Andalusian version of the famous recipe of Provence, recommended to put it on a small toast for aperitif.

Ingredients: 83% green olives, capers, extra virgin olive oil, citric acid, lactic acid, wine vinegar, garlic, salt, herbs from Provence.

Net weight: 120 g.


Susana is the owner of the project Contigo artesanal preserves, all handmade in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz, Andalusia). Her project consists in, apart from making quality preserves with much love, trying to offer job opportunities to people with lack of resources.

All the fruits and vegetables used in her products are mainly Andalusian, and always Spanish, and all of them come from certified organic farming.

The added sugar she uses is from fair trade organic cane.
