This jam is made between April and June exclusively with seasonal strawberries from the Doñana National Park in Huelva.
It combines perfectly with cheese and other desserts as well as for breakfast toast.
Prepared with 65g of raspberry per 100g of jam.
Ingredients: Organic raspberries, extralight semi-white cane sugar from organic and fair trade agriculture, agar-agar.
Presentation: 260g jar.
It is a 100% natural product, vegan, without colorants or preservatives.
Susana is the owner of the project Contigo artesanal preserves, all handmade in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz, Andalusia). Her project consists in, apart from making quality preserves with much love, trying to offer job opportunities to people with lack of resources.
All the fruits and vegetables used in her products are mainly Andalusian, and always Spanish, and all of them come from certified organic farming.
The added sugar she uses is from fair trade organic cane.
