Ingredients: chestnuts, meat stock, onion, celery, mushrooms, Iberian ham, extra virgin olive oil, wine, pepper and salt. Net weight: 195 g. 100% Iberian Acorn fed Shoulder sliced by hand and vacuum sealed. Instructions: Before consuming it, it is very important that the blister gets the room temperature. For that purpose, you can put it under the faucet with natural water before opening it. Once opened, wait about 15-20 minutes to let the meat regain its flavour and texture. Net weight: 100 g.
