Description

Obrador Valle de la Osa bakery (placed in Constantina, Sevilla, Andalusia) has been making jam for almost 80 years following the recipe of Abuela (grandmother) Rosario, a woman in their family. They produce around 2.000 jars per year without using any preservative or dye and only with fruits and vegetables from the same season, such as bitter oranges, chestnuts, peppers, pumpkins or zucchinis.
