Nose: intense cherry and yeast Bretanomyces Aroma variety, from the skin of the cherry. The aromas are fruity and floral, fresh cherry and white flowers (orange blossom and white carnations).
Palate: very expressive, soft on the palate Beer, leaving notes all the way in the mouth. At the end of the tongue some acidity, which combines perfectly with the predominant sweetness of cherry and beer bitterness is perceived.
