Nose: persistent fruity aroma ending in nuts and oak wood.

PAIRING: Game in stew, casseroles, grilled or baked. The smokiness of the beer goes well the passage of game meat and encouraged to continue eating. either roasted or grilled poultry. Accompanies perfectly with partridge and grilled chicken. Good combination with braised mushrooms, stews and grilled mushrooms (porcini, milk caps, sun visor, etc.). In kitchen it is often used in the form of reduction for dishes such as Iberian pork sirloin with boletus sauce and chestnut Cerex reduction.
