Tasting notes:
Appearance: Dark brown transparent and good quality foam. Slightly cloudy, with dark reddish background with garnet reflections. Consistent layer of white foam - brownish, some large bubbles across the surface, inviting to drink.
Nose: earthy Aroma - rustic clean and sharp, with a hint of black chocolate, snuff and notes of toasted oak. Strong smell of wet grass and acorns, the last intense and mature aroma. Fresh aromas on the nose with a subtle touch of yeast.
Palate: First print smooth and malty flavor, with an aftertaste of toasted malt long and satisfying. His appearance and flavor profile cause it easy to drink a beer with a refreshing finish. Touches of orange, the consistency of the foam prevents rapid heating of the beer; nutty and sweet flavors acorn with a pitch round mouth. Alcohol is well integrated, so it is a beer with a good acidity and a pleasant taste. Taste: Sweet Relationship of flavors, with a bitter end. medium, intense and robust body as in smell. Home salty, sweet cutting; dark chocolate passes in the middle palate; support of its acidity makes it a fresh and vibrant beer. Final: dry, very harmonious, with notes of hops to the final end.
PAIRING: Legumes, we recommend lentil stew with beef, beans and cooked. Beef and grilled meats hunting. Nuts, accompanied by fine almonds or walnuts. Stews cooked octopus, squid, squid or cuttlefish potato. Cerex recommended reducing Iberian Bellota, for use in dishes of roast meats, stews or working with squid or cuttlefish.
