Tasting notes
Dark mahogany, presents intense and complex aromas with hints of dried grapes (raisins, figs, dried apricots). The palate is very smooth, with excellent acid-sweet balance that gives great volume and persistence. It combines the body of oloroso and Pedro Ximenez softness.
Pairings
Very versatile wine, which looks virtues as much as aperitif accompanying desserts, especially fruit. He is the protagonist trendy cocktail: cream, ice and a slice of orange.
